TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the customer with Halong Tours, an international inbound and outbound tour operator having its Head Office at 6 Bis Nha Hoa street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi , International Tour Operator License No 0142/2002/TCDL issued by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism on February 10, 2002.

Booking a tour operated by Halong Tours or any service provided by it indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

PRICES
- Prices are quoted per person in USD or EURO according to markets, based on double occupancy.
- Payment can be made in either currency at the current rates.
- A single supplement will be added to travellers who wish to have a single room throughout the trip.
- Children under 2 years old, sharing bed with parents and taking no food are free of charge.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old , sharing room with parents and taking no extra bed : 50% of adult fare; if taking extra bed : 75% of adult fare.
- For 25 full-fare travelers, the 26th is complimentary.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
- Bookings by particulars are not valid until a deposit of 50% of total price be amde at the latest 30 days prior to departure. The remaining will be paid upon arrival in Vietnam in exchange of vouchers if necessary ( in case without accompanying guide) .
- For bookings made within 30 days prior to departure, please contact us for conditions of payment.
- Bookings made by tourist agencies or tour operators require full payment at the latest 30 days prior to departure.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer with bank fees at the charge of the payer, or by credit cards (VISA / Master Card) with 3% credit card fee.

Payment by credit card will be proceeded as follows :
- Fill in our credit card payment form then send it to Halong Tours Head Office together with a copy of both sides of your credit card by fax or email.

CANCELLATION / REFUND
Cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Halong Tours Head Office. Refund of cancellations is as follows :
- cancellation made prior 30 days before departure : refund of 100% of total fare minus bank fee of refund.
- cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before departure : refund of 50% of total fare.
- cancellation made between 15 and 7 days before departure : refund of 25% of total fare.
- cancellation made within 7 days before departure : no refund

No refund or compensation can be made in respect of interruption of the trip or non-use of any service included in the trip, made by traveller(s)
